10oz grilled sirloin steak, served with a Pepe Nero sauce (Brandy, black peppercorn & red wine)

Escalopes of veal rolled & stuffed with spinach & mushrooms, served in a red wine sauce

POLLO COTTOLETTA*
Flattened breast of chicken, coated in lemon & rosemary breadcrumbs

TAGLIATELLE POLLO
Pasta ribbons with sautéed sliced chicken & spinach with a creamy white wine sauce
